This is too good not to share. The website Free Nature Sounds has four channels that you can mix nature sounds to create the perfect background soundscape. Crickets, rain, birds, thunder, beach, you name it. You can alter the volume of each channel and save your mix so you can listen to it later. You can even share mixes! I put on crickets, rain and thunder a lot when I'm surfing the net or working on something. It's a perfect white noise generator.
